Thursday, October 24
1:00 PM Check-in: Do not check in the office. Just make a right turn at the stop sign and head downhill.
Look for the Lemon Drop Divas banner at the bottom of the hill and that's where we'll check you in.
5:30 PM - Meet & Greet with hearty appetizers (provided by you).
7:00 PM - Dance practice
Friday, 10/25
7:30 AM - Coffee (Location TBD)
8:30 AM - Pancakes and Sausage at Kathy Walker's site 180
10:00 AM - Dance Practice
1:00 PM - Fun & Games
5:30 PM - Chicken Dinner
6:30 PM - Soft opening of Joe & Laurie's Pirate Cave

Arrgh you ready mateys for a fun filled pirate themed weekend during the park's big Halloween celebration?
Things will be done a little differently for this event. We will be in different areas of the "F" section. Paula will be assigning sites, so DO NOT CALL THE PARK.
We will be having an interactive area for the trick or treaters and we hope you will be participating with us. We have ideas on props and booths for the kiddos. Candy and other prizes will be covered by event funds. Contact Paula at [email protected] if you have an idea you may want to do and to check if it has already been put in the works. The parents and kids loved the interactive games last year!
We will be performing the German Witch Dance in our pirate themed outfits. Use your imagination and convert your witch outfit to a pirate/wench one.

Dinner will be provided both Friday and Saturday nights, as well as coffee and pastries both mornings. Please bring hearty appetizers to share on Thursday night.
The event fee is $280.00 which includes 3 nights camping with full hookups and the meals mentioned - plus lots of fun!
$140.00 is due at time of signup with the balance due of $140.00 due by August 1, 2024. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Tent sites are $30.00 per night and you will be able to have your tent with our group. Those in tent sites will need to pay the $45.00 event fee and $90.00 for the 3 nights for a total of $135.00. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Those sharing sites will have an event fee of $45.00 each, due at signup.
Men are welcome and polite, well-behaved pets are welcome. No kids, please.
All fees subject to the Kim Withers' Rule and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Lemon Pledges are welcome.
Once you have submitted your RSVP and paid your $140.00 deposit, Paula will contact you regarding the site information. DO NOT CALL THE PARK.
